I've always had a deep desire to become a social carer because I truly care about people and want to support them in reaching their goals. I believe in being understanding and compassionate, and I find joy in helping others navigate their challenges and celebrate their successes. I absolutely love the outdoors! There's just something so exciting about exploring new places and having adventures in nature. I really enjoy going for long walks in the afternoon; it’s the perfect way to refresh my mind and soak in the beauty around me. About a year ago, I embarked on my journey in the NDIS sector. Although I didn’t have prior experience, I quickly discovered how rewarding this work could be. I’ve had the opportunity to operate machinery to assist individuals with paralysis, which has been both humbling and inspiring. My role involves providing personal care, offering direction when needed, and supporting clients in their daily tasks, all while helping them strive toward their goals. It’s truly fulfilling to be part of their journey and to make a positive impact in their lives.
