I have a passion to work with people! We are a family of four and I have worked with people from many walks of life. I was born in Iran and my first career was in quality control of food products as a Quality Control officer and I later moved to Australia to live and work. I also have worked as a Disability Support worker for over two years in Brisbane. Having lived as a refugee in Turkey with my family for over four years has increased to a great extent my understanding and empathy towards people's needs and opened up my heart to listen without judgement and meet and connect with different people. Through my strong communication skill and being an active listener, I can identify the needs that matter most to clients to create a client-centered road map. For example, if a client's favourite hobby is table tennis, I can assist with finding the facility, transport and also accompany them to join the community.
