About me

I am motivated to become a Social Career because I genuinely enjoy supporting and caring for others and making a positive difference in people's lives. I find it rewarding to help individuals feel safe, supported, and valued in their everyday lives. I believe I would be good at this role because I am patient, compassionate and reliable, and I take time to understand each person's individual needs. I am also a good listener and approach situations with empathy, respect, and a positive attitude. Some of my passions include spending time with my family and friends, as they are my biggest support system. I am also passionate about reaching my future goals, both in my sporting journey and in my career. One of my main hobbies is playing rugby league, which has helped me develop strong teamwork, discipline, and resilience. I enjoy staying active and believe these qualities support my ability to be reliable, energetic, and positive social career. I have recently moved to Brisbane from my hometown Taroom where I grew up on a cattle property. I attended Taroom State School before moving to Rockhampton to attend The Rockhampton Grammar School in 2022. I am dependable, hardworking and honest and have a willingness to learn new skills. I am enrolled to study a Diploma of Nursing through the Matar Hospital in Brisbane commencing in April 2026.
