I am an effective communicator who is naturally friendly, open-minded, and proactive, with a positive attitude. I have a passion for human services and experience supporting children, youth and adults, including people with disability, through life transitions and difficult situations. This includes supporting people to move toward independent living, build everyday skills, and navigate grief, trauma, anxiety and depression, as well as a range of emotional and psychological challenges. My focus is on strengthening confidence, autonomy, and social connection through a practical, person-centred approach. I also provide practical assistance with household tasks, light home maintenance, basic gardening, travel and transport arrangements, general life administration, accessing services, and engaging in social, community and recreational activities. Beyond my work, I have longstanding interests in nature, technology, website design, content creation, and photography. I am studying psychology and counselling while teaching myself to play the guitar.
