Hello, I'm Alejandra, a proud mother of two amazing children aged 8 and 6. This parenting journey has given me valuable insights into the emotional rollercoaster that children experience daily — from times of joy and excitement to episodes of frustration and sadness, and the never-ending meltdowns... With over two decades in the Education Industry and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, I've dedicated myself to supporting children's emotional well-being. Additionally, I am a Certified Life Coach for Kids with Adventures in Wisdom (AIW) and a Certified Kidz Coach specializing in Holistic Strategies. Having witnessed how much social skills challenges affect children on their self-esteem, confidence, and their overall development, I have committed myself to helping children, young adults, and their families transform challenges into opportunities for growth. Through years of personal and professional growth, I've acquired the tools to connect with them on a much deeper emotional level. My mission is to empower them, nurture self-belief, guide them toward achieving their goals, and encourage them to pursue their dreams. I love working with children and young adults! Depending on the person and circumstances, I could organise a mindset session to improve their mindset skills or a intuitive session to approach holistically other areas of the person. I also think nature (hiking, walking, the beach) gives us a recharge for our souls and bodies.
