Hi my name is Monica, i been a support worker for 3+ years now , I believe I would make a great Social Carer because I am compassionate, patient, and have a strong desire to help others. I have always had a natural inclination to listen to people and provide support when they need it. Additionally, I have developed excellent communication skills which enable me to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Overall, I am committed to making a positive impact on people's lives and empowering them to overcome challenges. As a support worker, I can connect with my clients individuals with similar interests and help them form community groups or clubs cantered around those skills or hobbies.
