I've worked as a support worker for 4years, I enjoy what I do and love the fact that I can support clients to reach personal goals and grow independence. I have gained current skills strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, problem-solving capabilities, a good understanding of relevant service delivery procedures, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and peers. I learn new systems fast and can easily adapt to new challenges. I've worked in accommodation, everyday life skills, and work & study programs. I look forward to growing my personal skills and can't wait to work directly with clients and families to help support their needs.
