I wanted to become a Social Carer because I am passionate about helping others improve their quality of life and find fulfillment in supporting people to reach their personal goals. My background in psychology and my experience in working with children, individuals with disabilities, and elderly clients have prepared me well for this role. I am patient, empathetic, and skilled in creating a comfortable and supportive environment. Some of my hobbies include watching movies, reading about psychology and mental health, meditation, yoga, rock climbing and painting. My skills include effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving, which I believe are essential for providing meaningful support to clients. I can also cook and take care of households. Moreover, I am bilingual, speaking both English and Thai, which helps me connect with people from diverse backgrounds. I hold a Bachelor of Social Science with a major in Child and Community from Western Sydney University, and also currently studying Bachelor of Psychology. I absolutely love working with kids. They keep me on my toes and make every day exciting! But I’m also comfortable working with youth and adults, bringing a fun, warm and friendly approach to everyone I support. Plus, I work as a corporate massage contractor, so I know a thing or two about helping people relax! My experiences have taught me the importance of kindness, patience, and a good sense of humor, which I bring to every interaction.
