Can I use my NDIS package to pay for bookings?
Yes. Like Family is a registered NDIS provider and our rates sit 11% below the NDIS price limit, which means your budget goes further. Our team can walk you through exactly which funding categories apply to you on the call.
What if I don't connect with with the first Carer?
That's completely normal and it's exactly why we offer 5 free meet & greets. Finding the right fit sometimes takes a few conversations, and we're with you through all of them. There's no rush and no pressure to commit to anyone until it feels 100% right.
How quickly can support start?
Many members have their first meet & greet within a week of their consultation. We handle all the matching and logistics, so you can focus on finding someone you connect with.
