With over 7 years of experience working with vulnerable populations, including children with high and low needs, individuals with mental health issues, and those with physical disabilities, I bring a unique perspective to my studies at Macquarie University pursuing a BA in Psychology. As a mother of three children, each with their own unique challenges, I have firsthand experience navigating the complexities of the disability sector. Growing up with a brother who had delayed speech, partial deafness, and a universal delayed disability, as well as a son with ADHD and anxiety, I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals facing similar obstacles. My personal and professional experiences drive my commitment to understanding and supporting the diverse needs of those I work with. I am a multifaceted individual who thrives on creativity and adventure. When I'm not capturing moments behind the camera lens or whipping up delicious dishes in the kitchen, you can find me trekking through the great outdoors on a bushwalk or setting up camp under the stars. My passion for art fuels my desire to explore new places and experiences, constantly seeking inspiration from the world around me.
