I have 5 daughters and am used to lot's of different activities and taking them multiple places. I have lived experiece with mental health, I lived with depression and anxiety for many years until I got the right help and surrounded myself with the right people. I have love of personal development and work on myself contantly. I have supported my partner for the last 5 years with PTSD including when she spent time in a mental health unit in hospital and throughout her recovery. I have a passion for helping people. I have a love for the outdoors and am an advid hiker. I would take someone on hikes based on their fitness and ability. I know lot of varying types of hikes all over the Gold Coast and Main range parks. I have worked in schools as a teacher aide with autistic students one on one. I am a facilitator for two charities, one in the wellness and personal developemnt space and the other in mental health. I have great patience and a growth mindset. I am an excellent communicator and very empathetic.
