My motivation behind me becoming a social carer was that I loved to help people, I wanted to give our most vulnerable support and care, a sense of purpose and belonging all while keeping their independence. I’m a caring, kind person with people skills and overall just the love that I have for helping support people make me love what I do and I think I’m good at it.
