About
I have a 32 year old son with Autism, amongst other diagnoses. I have, and continue to, care for and manage his life. I have witnessed the joy and value that a good carer has bought to his life and now that I am not working full time, I feel it is time to give back and to help others. I moved to Warragul last year after closing my dance and fancy dress store. I have worked with children, dance mums and creative people for the last 17 years. I am a normal everyday mum. I cook and clean. Love to sew and create. Some things I am good at, others I think I am good at, but I am always ready to have a go at anything. Everything is better with glitter is something that I say a lot. Just add glitter, it'll be fine. Dressing up is lots of fun and I like to make outfits and accessories. I love animals and have two Border Collies - Trevor and Brian. I also have two cats - Monkey and Cat. I love gardening but don't know a lot about plants but that is ok, I just call my Mum as she knows everything. I love to bake, especially cookies, cakes and desserts. I am an organiser. I can sort, rationalise and organise your wardrobe, pantry, kitchen, bathroom and any other spaces. This can help to make life easier and your days flow better. An organised space can also help to clear your mind. I can plan and organise shopping trips to minimise tension and anxiety, or I can do your shopping for you. I can organise outings, both essential and fun. I can organise activities, crafts and games. I can show you how to cook and take you through some simple recipes for dinners or treats. I have a current Victorian Drivers Licence, a Registered and comprehensively insured car and current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
