About

Warm, grounded and person-centred support are at the heart of everything I do. Helping people create calm, confidence and independence is what I find most rewarding. Whether it's organising a space, sharing a cuppa, tending a garden, or supporting someone through life's challenges, I bring patience, empathy and gentle encouragement. As a mother of two boys, including one with Down Syndrome and ADHD, and having cared for my father through dementia, compassion and respectful support have become second nature. My background includes Psychology, Counselling, NLP and Psychosomatic Therapy, giving me a trauma-informed and holistic approach. Previous experience running a real estate business and working as a secretary developed strong organisational and communication skills. Clients often describe me as calm, intuitive and easy to talk to. I enjoy creating structure while maintaining a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Based in Vermont South, I have a full driver's licence and a reliable vehicle. English is my first language, and I am also fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Hakka. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, gardening, cooking, mindfulness, fitness, nature walks and spending time with my two cats. The most rewarding moments for me are when family members thank me for caring for their loved one. Knowing I have helped someone feel supported, respected and valued, while bringing peace of mind to those who care about them, reminds me why I love this work.
