About
Hi, I am new to the support worker role but bring a wealth of experience from the childcare sector. During my placement, I gained valuable exposure to both aged care and disability support settings. Currently, I am employed as a Lead Educator in childcare with nine years of experience. This role has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, show empathy, and build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues. I am passionate about supporting individuals to live independently, feel respected, and maintain their dignity. I am available to assist with personal care, community access, transport to appointments, and general daily support.
