About
I believe all individuals have the right to live their life with dignity, independence and free from judgement. I have helped many individuals throughout my life from all walks of life/ages/vulnerability and derive a huge amount of personal satisfaction from helping others. A strong sense of purpose and building enduring relationships is important and equally important is being able to have fun, enjoy life and do this with a smile on ones face. I would suit a companionship care role as I have a keen desire to give back to others and am respectful and kind. My hobbies and passions include: Health and fitness - love walking, strength training and deep water running! An amazing workout and social activity too (nothing like a cake and coffee after a workout!) Travel - have visited many countries - love travelling with friends/family and SOLO! Animals - I have three Scottish Fold cats (incredible companion animals!) Social inclusion - I love helping my neighbours with their children with disabilities and I regularly walk my elderly neighbours dogs - a Staghound and Whippet Food and Wine - and coffee! I embrace Melbourne's coffee culture and love checking out new places for brunch/dinner. Scrabble - I have a scrabble group and we have met on the first Tuesday of every month for the past twenty years. Love word games/computer games - bit of a trivia buff too!
