I am a Chilean Midwife and Holistic Therapist. Also, I am an Allied Health Assistant, and I am currently working as a Holistic therapist. Helping and supporting people is the job that I love to do and my vocation. I can help you if you have mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, or you are experiencing any grief processes, and you require someone to encourage you to go forward in life and discover your own strengths to meet your goals. I really like self-help books, guided meditation, alternative therapies, music, writting about life expereinces and feelings, helping you to discover how to express your feelings, grounding and connecting with nature.
