About

I’m passionate about helping people feel supported, valued, and connected. Throughout my work in aged care and hospitality, I’ve seen how small moments of kindness and understanding can make a huge difference in someone’s day. I’m drawn to roles where I can provide emotional support, encouragement, and practical help to improve someone’s quality of life. I believe I’ll be good at this role because I’m empathetic, patient, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life. I take time to listen and understand each person’s individual needs, and I approach every situation with care and respect. I’m reliable, calm under pressure, and always aim to bring positivity and reassurance to those I support. I like spending time outdoors, going for walks and exploring new places. I also enjoy reading, pilates and hydrotherapy In terms of skills, I’m highly organised, a strong communicator, and naturally empathetic. I enjoy helping people feel comfortable and confident, whether it’s through friendly conversation or assisting with daily activities. I also love learning and continuously developing my skills to provide the best possible support to others. I’m currently completing a Fit for Work program at the aged care where i work after a manageable lumbar disc herniation, which has deepened my understanding of resilience, recovery, and the importance of empathy when supporting others. I’m motivated, dependable, and genuinely care about making a positive impact in people’s lives.
