I have a strong social conscience and commitment to the rights of people with disabilities to live dignified lives, by showing kindness, reliability, self-awareness, initiative, professionalism and openness to learning and developing healthy relationships. Offering flexibility and keen to work in different settings, travel within reason to support clients and take on different tasks depending on client needs. Michelle is my absolute favourite !!!🤩 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 I have had many workers over the years I mean MANY! 🫨 they do not compare to Michelle she is lovely, kind, non judgmental, and understands mental health and Aquired brain injury. She goes above and beyond , supporting me with daily living and tasks what need doing. She understands my 5 year old and does her best with him even when he’s not so nice to her. She compliments him all the time. He has ADD ADHD and can get hightened easy But when my son knows she’s coming he gets excited. 🤣 Her car is always clean and comfortable. She’s always looks lovely too.. and she is teaching-me how to budget and meal prep something I’ve never done before. At the begging I found her perfume to stronge( I get miagrains) she never wore it since I really appreciate that she was considerate of my needs. I lern a lot from Michelle and she makes me feel worthy ☺️ I may have a disability , but she’s tort me I am worthy as a mother and a inderpendant women. Thankyou Michelle ! 🌹 🌹 🌹
