One of my friend motivated me to become a social carer as she was already working in the industry. I have been working in this sector for nearly 6 years. I focus on person-centered support to meet the client’s needs, preferences, and values, ensuring clients has choice and control over their lives and support plans, fostering independence and a sense of purpose.
