About

I love and enjoy working with people, specially older people. I love to listen to them talking about their life experiences and learn from them. I'm a good listener and very educated. Enjoy conversations about a wide range of topics, science, history, religion, politics, art, movie, sport, cooking, culture... etc. I've lived in many different countries before I moved to Australia in 2016 on skilled immigration program. I met people from different backgrounds and cultures, that helped me understand people better and get to know about their cultures and life styles. After moving to Australia, I volunteered at a community centre to teach computer and technology classes to seniors. It was a new and very interesting experience for me. I enjoyed helping people understand technology better in a simple and easy way. At the same community centre, I taught cooking classes. It was a fun and exciting experience. Helped me to get to know people here and make friends. The community centre has many activities for NDIS, I helped with one of these activities, a weekly choir followed by a light lunch. I enjoyed my time at Outlook Community Centre, meeting people there and helping them in any way was the highlight of my week. I do consider myself a community person. I like and enjoy giving to the community. I enjoy sharing my computer skills and cooking skills with people in my community all the time. It started with classes at Outlook Community centre and continued on personal level helping my friends and their families and their friends too. I enjoy sharing whatever experience I have with others like dancing, walking, and exercising.
