About

I am a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker with a strong commitment to building genuine connections and supporting individuals to feel heard, respected, and empowered. I hold a Certificate III in Individual Support and a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, which have provided me with a solid foundation in person-centred care, communication, and supporting individuals across different stages of life. I have a strong belief in the importance of listening and understanding each person’s unique story, as I see every interaction as an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference. Originally from Indonesia, I was raised in a close-knit family where community, support, and looking out for one another are deeply valued. This background has shaped my approach to care, as I naturally prioritise empathy, respect, and creating a strong sense of belonging. Having experienced the transition to life in Australia, I understand how challenging it can be to feel isolated or without adequate support, and I am passionate about helping others feel connected and supported. I take a person-centred approach to my work, offering support that is tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and goals. Whether it’s through meaningful conversation, shared activities, or simply being present, I aim to create a positive and supportive environment that promotes wellbeing and independence. In my personal time, I enjoy reading, travelling, walking, and exploring different foods. I love engaging in activities such as discussing books, sharing travel experiences, spending time outdoors, or cooking and baking together. I value creating moments of joy, connection, and shared experiences that contribute to a person’s overall quality of life.
