Hi my name is Aroha, im also known as Aj as it is easier for most to say , i currently reside in Melbourne , i have been here for 10 years , Started my first job here Australia working in a warehouse moved on to a number of jobs looking for the right one , somewhere where i would be happy and make others happy and here i am working as a support worker. I think i am great social carer because I'm passionate, I care , I like learning new things and building new friendships , I am an open listener Love baking , love being outdoors . My skills will come in handy and whatever the participant wants to do I can accommodate to the best of my ability Its more then just a job for me i pride myself on making sure my participant is happy , is being heard and has their own voice , so they feel comfortable.
