I was motivated to become a Social Carer because I am passionate about helping people maintain their dignity and independence, especially during times when they need additional support. I believe I will be good at this role because I am empathetic, patient, and attentive to the needs of others. I have strong communication skills and can build trust and rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. I am passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives, particularly through supporting others to achieve their personal goals and overcome daily challenges.
