As an occupational therapy student in my final year of study, I have a great passion for supporting people to reach their personal goals and becoming independent within their lives. I really enjoy getting to know the person I am working with and learning what their interests and motivations are and providing that support to reach any endeavours they have in life. ^& ^&I have a variety of skills that I am open to sharing. Examples include teaching someone to cook or bake a meal, creating a fitness routine based on their interests such as walking, lifting weights, hiking etc. I do karate as well so I can support someone wanting to learn simple self defence moves or boxing. ^&
