About

I am a caring and empathetic professional with a deep understanding of the emotions of those under my care. I am a good listener, adapting easily to different situations, and communicating clearly with clients and colleagues. My patience and problem-solving skills help me navigate challenges effectively. I stay professional even in stressful situations with patience and I also respect diverse cultures since those clients can share positive values, habits and cultural experiences. Leveraging my extensive practiced experience and adhering to established boundaries, I excel in fostering a supportive environment. I hold a certification as a Disability Care Worker, having successfully completed my Cert IV in Disability Care. Additionally, I possess essential credentials, including a Working with Children check, National Coordinated Criminal History (Police) Check, First Aid & CPR Certificate, Manual Handling Certificate, NDIS Screening check, Infection Control Certificate, All essential Covid19 vaccinations and Australian Driving License. I eagerly look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with individuals seeking my support and companionship. ^& ^&To effectively share our skills or hobbies, good communication is the key, especially since clients have different attitudes. To start a conversation on this topic, it's important to know our clients and gather information about their favorite hobbies first. We should respect their interests and explain our hobbies or skills in a way that's easy for them to understand and find interesting. For example, if I play the guitar, I can ask about their favorite song. I'd share why I like that song and even play it on the guitar. If they also enjoy playing, I could play along with them or give some basic lessons. We can then plan for more sessions in the future^&
