I am qualified disability support worker so I’m very empathetic and compassionate and love doing what I do. So rewarding. I love helping people. I have experience in lots of areas, especially making people smile. I was born in Australia and have lived in Melbourne, Victoria all my life. I love playing Card games or any game and showing my client/s how to play. With one of my clients (just last week) I explained and showed her how to play uno. She really enjoyed it and wants to play next time I see her.

Raffaela does two tasks for me, she walks my dog a couple of times a week and light domestic duties, cleaning up, mainly. She does both very well indeed. She's always on time and if there's an issue, she's very communicative. She's a hard worker, and friendly and she goes above and beyond. And my dog is absolutely crazy for her. She's a great hire.
