About
1. What motivated you to become a Social Carer? I was motivated by my passion for helping people maintain their independence and live comfortably. Supporting others and making a positive difference in their daily lives is something I genuinely enjoy. 2. Why do you think you will be good at it? I have over three years of hands-on disability support experience, strong communication skills, and a calm, patient approach. I’m reliable, compassionate, and confident in providing safe, person-centred care. Passions: I’m passionate about supporting people, improving their wellbeing, and helping others feel comfortable and valued. Skills: I’m skilled in communication, empathy, problem-solving, and staying calm under pressure. I also work well independently and follow routines safely. Hobbies: I enjoy reading, cooking, staying active, and exploring new places. I also like learning new things that help me grow both personally and professionally. I am easy going
