I’m Nadia - I’m 41 years old, a mum of two (10 & 12) who loves being active & also loves baking up a storm and is an all round social butterfly. I’m a Personal Trainer & group fitness instructor, so would be more than happy to go for a walk, do some exercise or even just have a chat at any time. I also have a valid working with children check as well up to date First Aid & CPR. I hate to think there are people out there who don’t have family & friends to support them. I’d love to make someone’s day by being there for them, in whatever way that helps them.
