About
I am a compassionate and dedicated worker with one year of disability support experience and a variety of experience in the human services industry. I am committed to improving the lives of those I support, promoting their independence, and providing person-centered care. My strong passion in assisting people is supported by my professional background, I hold a bachelors in psychology and am currently undertaking my masters in social work. My other experience includes working in case management as well as over 6 years experience working with children as a scouts counsellor and holiday program and birthday party facilitator. In my free time I enjoy painting and ceramics and anything that has to do with getting crafting and getting creative. I love a bit of homemade cooking and a night in but I'm also a big fan of the outdoors – I love taking walks, exploring new spots, and checking out cool coffee shops and restaurants.
