Care and support giving is something I am passionate about and that is why I chose to work as a care/support worker. I love to see people happy and gaining their independence through the impact I render in terms of care support services. I have been raised around my grandparents and that gives me a reason to say I have experience on a personal level when it comes to care. Moreover, through my years of working as a support worker, I have been exposed to vast knowledge, experience and skills in this field. This will ensure that I help the organization attain its objectives and goals. I am passionate about helping people gain independence, making positive difference in their life and make sure they feel respected and valued. Skill-wise, I display high communication skills, empathy, reliable and patient. Some of my hobbies include; playing tennis, cooking, reading, politics and watching documentaries I am someone who follows codes and conducts given by the company, hardworking and great team members towards attainments of organisation objectives and goals.
