I find purpose in building meaningful connections and enhancing quality of life through personalised care. Supporting individuals aged 11 to 93, I help foster independence through daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, gardening, and community outings. My approach is rooted in empathy, patience, and respect, ensuring each person feels valued and supported. Seeing even small improvements in a participant’s well-being inspires me every day in this role.
