About
I’ve always had a natural desire to help others, especially those who are vulnerable or facing challenges in their daily lives. Coming from a background where community and family support were central, I learned early on how meaningful it is to be there for someone — whether through emotional support, companionship, or practical help. What motivated me most was seeing how even small actions can make a huge difference in someone's quality of life. That inspired me to take this path seriously and pursue it not just as a job, but as a purposeful career. I believe I bring the right mix of empathy, patience, and strong communication skills that are essential in this role. I’m a good listener, and I take the time to understand people’s individual needs and preferences. I’ve also completed formal training through my Certificate III in Individual Support, which gave me both practical and theoretical knowledge. On top of that, I’m reliable, respectful, and genuinely enjoy building relationships with people — especially when it means helping them live more independently and happily.
