Hello Members :) My name is Natalie. I am a 42 year old Support Worker living on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. I have over 10 years experience combined with NDIS participants and HCP ( Aged Care) recipients. I am friendly person with a calm and easy going personality. I am passionate about supporting independance and person centred goals. I have completed a Certificate III in Disability (2014) Certificate III in Home & Community care (2014) and Certificate IV in Mental Health (2023) I am very open-minded, non judgemental and enjoy meeting people from all different backgrounds and experiences. I am reliable and honest and consider myself patient and a good listener, qualities that are very important to me. I really enjoy supporting people in the community and meeting new people. I love the outdoors and nature and all things animals. I enjoy cinema and music, theatre, board games, crafts, walking, cleaning and organising, documentaries, photography, gardening ( albiet I am a beginner) and getting out amoungst the community. I also am comfortable around animals so if you have any pets that is fine with me. ( I love animals) I have 2 years experience with 2 young neurodivergent children and will consider supporting children if I think it will be a good fit for us all.
