I am motivated to become a social worker because I am deeply passionate about supporting others and making a meaningful difference in their lives. It’s been 4 years since I am working in this field. I have worked with many clients with different disabilities such as Autism , schizophrenia, mental health challenges, huntington disease, Multiple sclerosis and so on. My goal is to help individuals with disabilities to achieve greater independence and lead more rewarding lives. I am inspired by a strong sense of empathy and commitment to fostering a more inclusive and supportive community. Working in a disability sector means we are providing care and support to those in need. It’s about having a genuine passion for making others people lives easier, happier and more comfortable. I have very strong communication skills, active listening, patience, problem solving, follow professional boundaries and ability to build trust and rapport. Cooking or baking, arts and crafts, music, reading books, and gardening are my hobbies. I like to support clients with mobility or outdoor activities such as bush walking, sports and fitness.
