I have professional experience in working with clients with Health conditions and Disabilities and supporting people. I worked with several charities in Vietnam to help children in the countryside to provide emotional support, and I discovered that I enjoy contributing in this way, and seeing people happy. I’ve completed Youth Work Certificate IV recently, and I have developed my knowledge and skills through studies at Holmesglen, including understanding how to best support young people and families, experiencing difficulties challenges in their life This includes family conflict, AOD engagement, homelessness, and family violence. Through this course, I have learned how to build and develop a rapport with clients, identify risks and how to manage a critical situation. Throughout the course, I have discovered my passion in supporting others in navigating challenging times, and assisting to best resolve the difficulties they encounter. Providing an empathic ear, to assist in advocating and offering support ensuring each client is able to make a good, informed, positive decision is important to see, and for them to progress well is important to me.^& ^&I like taking photos. I had taken lots of photos for myself and used to take various photos for my friends. When I came to Australia, I also joined some one-day Events and helped the organisations took a plenty of beautiful and meaningful moments in the events^&
