I am passionate to supporting the goals, needs and improving the quality of life for people living with disabilities. I am Professional, Friendly, skilful communicator. I am experienced in various aspects of disability support, from person centred support, behaviour support, personal care, manual handling, general domestic duties to the implementation of comprehensive care plans that enable persons living with disabilities to live quality life they value in the community. I possess knowledge of practice, enthusiasm and the ability to demonstrate person centred care throughout all aspects of care support provision. Right now, I am looking for an opertunity offers plenty of scope for initiative as I improve persons living with disabilities improve their quality of life and support them achieve their set individual goals. ^& ^&Love working with cars, both repaiting and restoring.
