About

I was born in Victoria, I have been part of many different youth organisations and community projects, including Green Mean Eating Machines, which was a program encouraging the exploration of different foods and making new recipes, including a master chef bake-off and family dinner to celebrate the conclusion of the program. I am also a Certified Professional Trainer for over 10 years I have worked with many people of all ages and abilities. While personal training in my early years of work, I also worked at a Not-for-profit working with young people, facilitating workshops in Journalism, and photography, and helping young people create a youth magazine in the Pyrenees Shire. Having completed a Diploma in Outdoor Recreation and working at camps throughout Victoria for 10 years, I have enjoyed supporting people to live a life above and beyond limits. I enjoy bike riding, gardening in my veggie patch and getting out for a good walk. I enjoy supporting people to engage and participate in the community and live a healthy life. In the past, I have helped participants cook up a storm, like roasts, stir-frys and yummy desserts. Others have enjoyed support with preparing for a multi-day bushwalk or bike ride, walks exploring new areas and getting out to be refreshed in nature or setting up a home-grown veggie patch.
