About
Last year, I retired as an Optometrist after owning my own practice for 30 years. I’m good at creating a strong rapport with people and helping them. I have made myself available as a support worker 7 days a week from 8am each morning with overnight shifts available if needed. I enjoy spending time helping others by offering social support such as driving you around or helping care for your dogs - both of which I love doing. I have a strong sense of compassion and empathy and have had experience with people living with Anxiety, Autism, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, ADHD, Parkinson's, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, cancer and chronic pain. I’d love to help out by providing companionship, driving you to your appointments, café for a coffee or going on drives in the countryside, walking, kayaking or helping care for your dogs. I'm trustworthy, friendly, patient and above all punctual and reliable.
