I’ve always had a deep passion for helping others, which led me to pursue a career in social work. I’m currently studying a Master of Social Work in Australia to turn this passion into a lifelong profession. I believe in creating positive change by supporting individuals to live with dignity, independence, and connection. My previous experience in customer service has given me strong communication and problem-solving skills, and I genuinely enjoy listening to people and making them feel supported. I am empathetic, patient, and respectful of all backgrounds, which I believe are essential qualities for being a great Social Carer. I’m passionate about community service, mental health, and social inclusion. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, walking outdoors, and learning about different cultures. I also have a strong interest in youth development and supporting vulnerable individuals. I am skilled in communication, active listening, and building trust with people from all walks of life. I’m also tech-savvy and comfortable using tools and apps to stay organised and connected. I come from a background in urban and community planning and am currently studying a Master of Social Work in Australia. I’ve worked in customer service roles where I developed strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. I’m patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoy supporting others. I hold a valid Blue Card, have applied for the NDIS Worker Screening Check, and possess a First Aid & CPR certificate. I’m committed to ongoing learning and always bring a calm, respectful, and compassionate approach to my work.
