Hi, my name is Caz! I'm originally from country Victoria and grew up on a farm so I can ride a horse, milk a cow and shear a sheep - none of which have proved at all helpful in my grown up life. I have a good sense of humour and am often described as being blunt which I find amusing as, in my younger years I was always called sharp - I guess I have dulled with age. I am almost impossible to offend and am easy-going, adaptable and fun (although I might be slightly biased in that opinion). I am a qualified as a chef and as an economist which makes me both very useful and pretty much pointless. I love trivia, cryptic crosswords, scrabble, chess (though I'm no where near as good as I think I am), music, films and theatre, the beach, gardening, hiking, op-shops and cooking. After years stuck behind a desk I am looking for a job which will allow me to value-add to the community, something that will help to improve the lives of others, even in a very small way, and that (selfishly) I can feel good about because, at the end of the day, don't we all want to feel like there is something bigger than ourselves. I have experience with depression, anxiety, stroke, trauma and in the aged care sectors and believe my compassion and sensitivity will be helpful with other areas with which i am not yet familiar. I look forward to meeting you...
