About
Changing someones day is my passion. I have experience assisting and coaching people of all ages and from all walks of life. Currently, I teach balance of body and mind through boxing to kids and adults however am wishing to extend to everyday support and assistance. I have worked with various attention disorders, brain and body injuries, chronic arthritis, complete blindness, ranges of autism and other behavioural conditions. I love finding challenges for everybody and believe in retaining ones autonomy. My specialty is transforming the lives of young men transitioning to adulthood and ensuring they know how to overcome, building both mental and physical resilience. Outside of these interests I am an avid guitarist and have a wealth of personal/physical development knowledge. I am always open to discussing specific goals and needs of individuals and strongly believe in a tailored approach.
