About

I wanted to become a Social Carer because i genuinely enjoy spending time with people and making their day a little bit easier and happier. I've always been someone who naturally looks after others, whether its family, friends or people I meet along the way. I'm patient, easy to talk to, and I really take time to understand what someone needs and what makes them feel comfortable. I think id be good at this because I care about the little things- having a chat, getting out of the house, or just making someone feel supported and not alone. I enjoy getting out and about, whether that's going for a walk, grabbing a coffee, or helping someone get to appointments or activities. I'm very organised and reliable, and I like to make sure everything runs smoothly and stress free. I love spending time with my family and kids, and I'm a very caring down to earth person. I also enjoy being outdoors, shopping and just having a good chat. Im happy to adapt to whatever someone enjoys, whether that's quiet time or getting out and doing something. I have a lot of real life experience supporting people, especially older family members, so I understand the importance of patience, kindness, and just being there for someone. I'm friendly, trustworthy, and easy going, and I try to make people feel comfortable and relaxed around me. I'm happy to take things at someone's pace and build a genuine connection, not just treat it like a job. For me its about making someone feel supported, respected, and cared for.
