I have many years' experience in the industry from working with young children to adults. The role gives me total job satisfaction as I work closely with individuals and get to know them personally so that I can ensure that the service I provide exactly meets their needs / preferences. I am extremely social, flexible, patient, astute as well as outgoing, friendly, bubbly and extremely professional and passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service possible. and will assist with whatever assistance is required, in order to ensure that my clients receive the best care possible. I am very amenable / adaptable in order to meet client's changing needs, if required. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors and going for long walks with friends, especially to the beach as well as reading and listening to music. I am Cert III qualified in Individual Support and have much experience in working with individuals suffering from dementia., ASD and ADHD I also have my own car.
