About
I love working with people, I have been in the customer service industry for 8+ years and have dealt with a variety of personalities. I first started in customer service in the retail industry, everyday I would get to talk, engage and connect with different customers from all over. Learning about them, making sure they feel comfortable with me and helping them with any specifics requests. I then moved on to an insurance company in a call centre, which also let me connect with clients nationally. While they couldn't see my face and only hear me, I always made them feel safe, insurance isn't super fun so I tried my best to make sure they got off the phone and would be surprised with the service, even if it was just one random question about their life. I love baking. If they would like to, I could bake with them or even take them to a baking class where we could learn how to decorate a cake or something like that. I also used to study dancing, so even going to watch a dance performance or anything along those lines that they could enjoy I would love to be able to share that experience with them.
