I am understanding, companionate, kind, fun, and friendly. I love helping people and making a difference in someone’s life. I am here to make your life a little easier and brighten up your day. I would love to be there for someone if they need help with a task, go on a fun morning out or just a cup of tea and a chat. I have a 10 year old son with Autism, Tourettes, ADHD and Anxiety so I have a lot of experience with mental health and helping him navigate through life best suited to his needs. I have experience with NDIS also. ^& ^&I would love to teach my yoga/Pilates, breathing, meditation skills. I love to exercise and doing it with other people makes it more fun. I love the beach, I love listening to the waves and watching the ocean. I love going shopping and going out for coffee. ^&
