I love being around people and lending a hand whenever I can. My natural empathy and compassion led me to pursue a Bachelor of Nursing. During my nursing studies, I improved my communication and time management skills. Being a nurse showed me how much joy I find in caring for others, inspiring my desire to become a social carer and continue making a positive impact on people's lives.^& ^&As a support carer with exercise skills, assisting someone in the community who wants to improve their fitness. I would start by understanding their preferences and limitations. I might suggest a weekly routine that includes walks in a nearby park. During our sessions, I'd guide them through simple exercises like bodyweight squats and stretches. I'd make it enjoyable by incorporating their favorite music or exploring different walking trails. My role would involve offering encouragement, ensuring they feel comfortable, and gradually increasing the intensity as their fitness improves. The aim is to make exercise a positive and accessible part of their routine, tailored to their preferences and contributing to their overall well-being.^&
