I've always been drawn to roles where I can work closely with people and make a positive impact on their day. Through my background in running a watersports tourism business, i've had lots of experience creating safe, enjoyable experiences and building genuine connections with people from all walks of life I'm motivated to become a social carer because I value helping people feel confident, included and supported in their everyday lives. I believe I'll be good at it because I'm reliable, calm under pressure and naturally able to build trust and rapport quickly I'm an active and positive person who enjoys being outdoors, going for walks, spending time at the beach and exploring local cafes and community spaces. I love creating enjoyable and relaxed experiences, whether that's getting out of the house for a coffee or planning a more structured outing My strengths include strong communication, organisation, and a high level of responsibility. I have a calm and patient nature and Im confident supporting people in a way that feels safe, respectful and encouraging I bring a mature, reliable approach and genuinely enjoy helping people feel more confident I bring a strong sense of responsibility, reliability and professionalism to everything I do. Having previously run my own "high risk watersports" business operating Jetski Tours and Parasail flights, I'm very organised, proactive and able to adapt to different situations calmly and understand the importance of risk assessment I'm naturally friendly and easy to get along with, while maintaining clear boundaries and a respectful approach.
