About

My name is Ella, and I am a Psychology graduate with a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and an Honours degree in Psychological Science. I have been supporting NDIS participants for four years through social, community, and capacity-building support. My practice is grounded in strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to empowering the people I support. I bring a warm, patient, and compassionate approach, and I pride myself on helping others feel comfortable, understood, and respected. My professional training in mental health, behaviour, and wellbeing complements my natural empathy, allowing me to support participants in a way that is both person-centred and evidence-based. I’m young, energetic, and deeply committed to making support both meaningful and enjoyable. I love exploring new activities, joining in on hobbies, or simply spending quality time together in a calm and comfortable environment. I believe in supporting people to build confidence, increase independence, and engage more fully with their community. I also have strong practical and domestic skills, including cooking, cleaning, organising, and helping with everyday tasks. In my personal life, I have many interests, including reading, cooking, arts and crafts, philosophy, pilates, journaling, meditation, and attending live music or community events. I love learning about other people's interests and passions and finding ways to incorporate them into our time together. Above all, I approach each person with respect, curiosity, and care, and I aim to create a supportive environment that enhances well-being, builds capacity, and encourages a fulfilling and enjoyable life.
