I love supporting people to live better each and every day. I am a Pilates and yoga instructor and through this have worked with several NDIS clients. I can see the difference that a friendly and caring person can have. I love supporting people to exercise gently (within their limits) and to see the benefits this can bring. I am trained in Yoga and Pilates and also enjoy reading and visiting galleries. I am very friendly and easily connect with people in a caring and kind way.
